Inclined is seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Development Representative to join our team. As an Account Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advisor Onboarding and Activation: Onboard and activate new advisors and their teams to our Advisor Portal, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Cultivating Advisor Relationships: Cultivate ongoing professional relationships with advisors through proactive outreach during key moments, including onboarding and advisor activation.
  • Advisor Support and Education: Provide advisors and their teams with prompt and complete answers to their questions, serving as a resource to understand how the Inclined iLOC works for their clients and their process.
  • Administrative Support: Support our Key Account Executive and CRO with administrative follow-up to clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Represent the voice of the customer and fuel the feedback loop to inform our sales processes, product roadmap, and help shape Inclined to better serve our customers.
  • Product and Platform Updates: Proactively reach out to advisors with new product offerings and platform upgrades, ensuring they are aware of the latest features and benefits.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing to proactively educate and introduce features to advisors who would most benefit from them.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related company or tech company sales/success role.
  • Financial Services Background: Former experience or exposure in financial services, banking, financial services, FinTech, and/or life insurance.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrate competency with verbal and written communications and the ability to present complex ideas in the right voice for the intended audience.
  • Adaptability and Time Management: Proven track record of success in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict timelines simultaneously.
  • CRM and Technology Skills: Comfortable working in and learning new CRMs, with preferred experience with Hubspot.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Proficient with Slack or similar team platforms and Google Suite.
