About the Position

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Field Service Coordinator. As a key member of our Service Administration team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating field service activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Monitor daily activities, including reviewing and coding timecards, tracking job statuses, and recording response times.
  • Perform service data entry with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all details are input into the correct systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a service-related industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate and efficient in all tasks.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
