Job Title: Regional Technical Support Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Technical Support Manager to join our team at Mazak Corporation's Southwest Technology Center in Houston, TX.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

This leadership role will be responsible for managing a team of technical support specialists, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional technical support to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, project management, and supervising teams. A 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of technical support specialists to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional technical support.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to streamline technical support operations.
  • Collaborate with the service manager to identify training needs and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Ensure that customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
