Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist Level II to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide exceptional service to government staff and the general public by performing various technical and manual functions with high attention to detail and accuracy.

About the Role

  • Provide technical assistance to government staff and the general public, resolving issues related to passport processing.
  • Operate various equipment for high-speed scanning, image review, and mail out.
  • Process refund/reimbursement requests and generate credit card payments.
  • Verify transactions, troubleshoot issues, and update passport application information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of general office experience
  • Two years of experience using Microsoft Office software

Work Environment

This position is performed in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels. The employee must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds and have good data entry skills.
