Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team at Nesco Resource.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, providing technical product support for regional sales teams in the Americas. As a Technical Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth for our severe service product portfolio, including Argus ball valves, Valtek severe service control valves, and Durco severe service plug valves.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical product support to regional sales teams, ensuring successful outcomes with end users and project sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through close collaboration with sales teams.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues that may impact customer relationships or business opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering resources to develop engineered-to-order (ETO) design solutions.

Requirements:

  • BS or BA in Engineering or Business Administration with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Broad knowledge and technical expertise in the refinery, petrochemical industry, and severe service applications.
  • Dynamic and creative self-starter with strong organization, planning, collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a MEC plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP services.
