Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solar Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily activities, managing projects, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the company, frequently visible in the production area, regularly speaking with all employees to understand any issues/problems and working to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage international visitors' visas, transportation, lodging, and other needs.
  • Assist HR by serving as the point-of-contact for employees with benefits/payroll questions and working with WorkSmart to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Support new employees by handling New Hire Orientation and assisting with payroll/benefits enrollment, IT setup, employee ID badge & timeclock setup, etc.
  • Promote our company and our vision to employees & visitors, both in-person and via social media.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred, though not required.
  • 2+ years of problem-solving, project management, and working with others to resolve issues with limited supervision.
  • Strong leadership skills, solid communication skills, energetic, with a strong team-building motivation.
  • Empathetic, with good listening skills and a bias for resolving issues, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks under time constraints and with limited Supervision.
  • Understand and support the Company's vision, works well with others, even in difficult situations, focuses on solving problems rather than placing blame, conducts themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the company.
