Property & Casualty Client Service Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Commercial Lines Business Development Associate to join our team at World Insurance Associates, LLC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting the Account Executive in managing a portfolio of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance clients, growing client loyalty, and supporting in handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Executive in managing a book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and advocacy.
- Support in handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures.
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries.
- Coordinate expiration list with department manager to obtain renewal business information.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management or support.
- Property & Casualty License required, or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Experience with Applied/EPIC or similar agency management software is a plus.
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
