As a key member of our Account Management team, you'll play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring program success, and driving measurable outcomes. This role requires strategic leadership, tactical execution, and a passion for client success.

**A Rewarding Compensation Package**

$85k - $100k per year, commensurate with experience, reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Work from home with a Monday to Friday schedule, allowing for better work-life balance. Anticipated travel is less than 20%.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Circles and clients, aligning on goals and ensuring program success.
  • Address client needs proactively, resolve escalations, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Drive and secure contract renewals through strong relationship management and proven results.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts, leveraging knowledge of client business verticals to align with their strategic goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client activities to uncover value-added opportunities.
  • Manage client initiatives as program and project manager, ensuring timely and exceeding expectations.
  • Design and facilitate cross-functional project plans for successful client launches and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee reporting processes, delivering clear insights on client performance metrics.
  • Maintain profitable accounts while delivering exceptional value to clients.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop impactful client marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Foster strong internal relationships to support effective service delivery and client goal alignment.
  • Present compelling client presentations that communicate program value and progress.

Meet Our Requirements

  • 5-7 years of client management experience in B2B or services-based environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with tailoring abilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Analytical mindset for grasping and communicating complex concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
