Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new consumer relationships, including deposit and loan portfolio growth.
- Utilize a consultative approach to meet each member's financial needs, providing proactive service calls and relationship-building events.
- Establish new memberships, checking, savings accounts, term investments, IRAs, insurance products, and consumer loans.
- Perform file maintenance duties, including adding owners/signers, updating personal information, and adding additional products.
- Coordinate the application process between members, third parties, and internal loan operations, ensuring a world-class service experience.
- Maintain required knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Assist team members to ensure continuity of service and achievement of individual, team, and organizational business goals.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three or more years related banking experience and/or training.
- Experience in a financial institution/credit union is required.
- Ability to use loan origination systems, contact management software, and other Microsoft Office application products.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good phone and e-mail etiquette, and a professional presentation.
BluPeak Credit Union offers a competitive hourly wage of $24-27, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
