Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build a potential deals pipeline
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, conduct market research
  • Deliver presentations, negotiate deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • C1/C2 English proficiency
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) a plus
