Business Development Manager

At Simera, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals to drive growth for the company.
This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and build a potential deals pipeline
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, conduct market research
- Deliver presentations, negotiate deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- C1/C2 English proficiency
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) a plus
