Business Development Manager
Kranz Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join their team in Silicon Valley. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving new client retention, development, and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and attending meetings with new clients and prospects
- Researching target companies and defining strategies for relationship development
- Staying on top of market trends and applying them to account portfolio development
- Developing an understanding of the regional market landscape and defining account prioritization
- Creating email campaigns and tracking results
- Maintaining the accuracy of the contact database
- Playing an active role in existing client management
- Supporting the sales team with custom materials and ad hoc projects
- Performing client and prospect research and providing summary reports
- Providing content for social media campaigns and newsletters
- Assisting the Business Development team with RFPs and proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 5-7 years of business-to-business development experience
- Strong desire to build a career in business development
- Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate-advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs
- Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce a bonus
