Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Combat Systems Program Analyst to join our team at ManTech. This position requires a strong background in leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Program Executive Officer, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) Systems Engineering Manager overseeing Navy Type / Navy Owned (NT/NO) Combat Systems installed on USCG Cutters.
  • Understand new construction and modernization efforts and concepts related to the development of combat system baselines, including short-term and long-term HW and SW development.
  • Understand the delivery process for Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government-Furnished Information (GFI), technical manuals, test procedures, and development.
  • Research program issues and coordinate with stakeholders on issue resolution.
  • Participate in program management reviews; prepare and coordinate precise meeting minutes. Provide inputs for status reports, briefings, and information inquiries.
Requirements:
  • A High school diploma and nine (9) years of experience in program analysis or any Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of experience supporting a US Navy Acquisition program.
  • Experience in a technical role aboard US Navy AEGIS Destroyers/Cruisers or USCG Cutters.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to travel CONUS as needed up to 25%.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Current and active Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
  • May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment.
