Essential Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, accompanied by a minimum of 15 years of experience with US Navy Surface Ship Combat Systems
  • Proven experience in Program Management with subcontractors
  • Robust expertise in Operations and design acquisitions
  • Familiarity with DoD systems architectures, design, development, and test and evaluation processes
  • Background in concept and requirements definition, as well as system design

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA III in Program Management
  • Certified SCRUM Master or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales
  • Expertise in Financial Management

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Active secret security clearance

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time
  • Occasionally required to move within the office environment
  • Operates various office machinery and computers
  • Frequently communicates with team members and clients
  • May need to relocate Audio/Visual or Computer equipment

Projected compensation ranges from $154,900 to $257,800. ManTech provides competitive benefits, including Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Retirement options.
