Role Overview:


We are in search of a Sales Specialist who will be crucial in enhancing our sales initiatives, particularly concerning espresso machines and coffee equipment.

This position entails cultivating and managing client relationships, discerning their requirements, and offering customized solutions.

Your knowledge of coffee equipment will be vital in guiding clients through their purchasing choices, ensuring they acquire the most suitable equipment for their needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue avenues to broaden our sales distribution network.
  • Provide product knowledge and assistance to clients, helping them select the appropriate espresso machines and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise and execute strategies aimed at boosting sales revenue and market presence.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with partners to optimize profitability.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Pro Coffee Gear and connect with potential partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, with at least three years in a related role.
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales positions, such as achieving or surpassing sales targets, successfully launching new products, or expanding client portfolios.
  • Experience in the coffee equipment sector is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiating and closing deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment is advantageous.
  • Ideally located around the Austin area, though not mandatory.
