We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Sales Representative to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting our homecare services to healthcare professionals and organizations within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our homecare services.
- Business Planning and Execution: Prepare and execute business plans, prioritize accounts, and gather and organize account-related information to identify key customer opportunities and service line extensions.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Provide input on proposal or contract pricing and gather information to support sales efforts.
- Travel and Sales Meetings: Travel within assigned territory and attend sales meetings as required.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
- Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to represent the company's service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience.
- Healthcare Sales Experience: Previous healthcare sales experience, such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc., or previous experience as a clinical liaison.
- Interpersonal and Presentation Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Travel and COVID-19 Vaccination: Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required, with a requirement for full COVID-19 vaccination.
