About the Role:

As a Home Health Sales Executive at CenterWell Home Health, you will play a critical role in promoting our homecare services to healthcare professionals and organizations within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations to promote our homecare services.
  • Build and prioritize account lists based on market sales plans and gather information on key customer opportunities.
  • Prepare business plans and provide input on service line extensions, proposal pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the company's service capabilities to targeted referral sources and develop strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
  • Excellent selling, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively.
  • Previous healthcare sales experience, particularly in skilled nursing facilities, DME, ortho, cardio, etc., or experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend sales meetings as required.
