Overview:
The Finance Chief Risk Office (CRO) team is tasked with overseeing risk management within the Finance sector, ensuring effective challenge and mitigation of risks related to capital, liquidity, interest rates, Treasury investments, and private equity. The team is also responsible for ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements associated with risk.

Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Responsibilities:
The Finance CRO Chief Administrative Office (CAO) team plays a crucial role in governance, execution, and control oversight for the Finance CRO. Key responsibilities include:
(i) Managing regulatory and audit communications;
(ii) Driving the transformation agenda;
(iii) Developing policies, standards, procedures, and training materials;
(iv) Reporting to the Board and relevant committees;
(v) Ensuring robust internal controls;
(vi) Promoting employee engagement within the Finance CRO organization.

Role Focus:
This position will support the Governance and Committees Team, concentrating on the EUC, SOX, Model, and Escalation programs. The role involves generating metrics and reports for senior management and key stakeholders to evaluate the current risk and control landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance CRO Risk Governance initiatives and develop senior-level metrics (EUC, Model, Escalation, SOX).
- Assist in the creation and preparation of materials for various senior-level meetings (Regulator, Committee, RMEC).
- Project manage various deliverables essential for the Finance Chief Risk Office organization.

Risk Assessment:
Appropriately evaluate risks when making business decisions, with a strong emphasis on the firm’s reputation and the safeguarding of Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, exercising sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.

Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven interpersonal, analytical, diplomatic, management, and prioritization abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and foster working relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative to learn and master new tasks quickly.
- Consistently displays clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly adaptive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred.
- MBA preferred.
