Secondary Science Educator

We are seeking a highly qualified Science Teacher to join our team at Anniston City Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and performance.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive school community.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in science education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification in Science Education.
- Proven track record of teaching and mentoring students in a science classroom setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
