Job OverviewPosition Title: Material Representative
Location: Anniston, AL
Role Summary: The Material Representative is responsible for managing military vehicle components within a warehouse setting. This role includes overseeing the processes of ordering, receiving, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping parts and assemblies with precision and care. The representative acts as a crucial link between local production teams and the company's procurement and vendor partners. Additionally, this position involves monitoring the shipping and inventory status of various components.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit exceptional computer proficiency.
  • Prior experience in materials management or logistics is advantageous.
  • Some post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and fulfill operational objectives.
  • Showcase strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Possess proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and sustain security clearance.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel to various sites may be required.
