Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within established accounts and generating new sales opportunities from new business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory with a pre-defined customer list
  • Provide exceptional customer support, present proposals and solutions, and turn complaints into opportunities
  • Ensure your assigned territory meets strategic sales and margin targets
  • Maximize profitability at the account level
  • Communicate effectively with the Head of Sales and other senior managers through regular reporting, emails, and phone calls
  • Conduct in-depth sales analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within your territory
  • Provide strategic direction and solutions based on data-driven sales analysis for your territory
  • Evaluate incoming opportunities and take effective action as required
  • Build and develop a sales pipeline
  • Develop project plans, coordinate projects, and communicate changes and progress
  • Participate in weekly meetings and cross-functional management meetings
  • Manage all customer communication through the Essentra CRM
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to maximize all sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proven successful business-to-business sales experience is required
  • Previous experience working directly (or indirectly) with an Industrial supplies reseller or distribution business preferred
  • CRM Experience
  • A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and the ability to travel are also required
