About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Carilion Clinic. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the research, analysis, and negotiation of contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate contract maintenance and negotiations to ensure timely and effective contract management.
  • Ensure contract documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and maintain a record of all contract-related activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, and 1-2 years of contract administration experience is preferred.
