About the Role

The Permanente Federation LLC is seeking a Senior Director, IT Business Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for representing PMG interests in various areas, including care delivery investment governance, evaluation of care delivery capabilities, and alignment opportunities across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the operations of multiple units and departments by identifying customer and operational needs.
  • Engage in strategic, cross-functional business units to champion and drive support for business plans and priorities.
  • Obtain and distribute resources by setting standards and measuring progress.
  • Address performance gaps and implement contingency plans accordingly.
  • Ensure products and/or services meet customer and client requirements and expectations while aligning with organizational strategies.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to executive leadership.
  • Provide influence and consultation in the development of the larger organizational or business strategy.
  • Model and drive continuous learning and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Build organizational capacity and develop high potential employees for growth opportunities and advancement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum ten (10) years experience in business operations, IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Minimum six (6) years management experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years managing operating or capital budgets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, CIS, Mathematics, or related field.
