Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of behavioral therapists, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each client.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop function-based treatments.
  • Provide training and coaching to behavioral therapists on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to behavioral therapists on their performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology or special education.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with children and families in a behavioral therapy setting.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
