Clinical Supervisor

Intercare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor - Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision to our behavioral therapy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to behavioral therapy team members
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop function-based treatments
- Provide training and support to team members on ABA principles and practices
- Collaborate with school personnel and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or behavior analysis)
- BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
