Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our Health Access Enhanced Care Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, partnering in program development, and implementing care management operations that prioritize the physical, behavioral, and social health of our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of care management teams, including clinical, administrative, and operational oversight.
  • Partner with team members to build and maintain high levels of engagement and an excellent member experience.
  • Collaborate with RNs, licensed and non-licensed Behavioral Health Team Members, Coordinators, and Community Health Workers to achieve program goals.
  • Commit to quality by incorporating IEHP's Quality Program goals, including HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation.

Requirements:

  • Three years or more experience in acute care or Behavioral Health Care field.
  • Two years or more in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California BRN.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid California Driver's license and valid automobile insurance.
  • Certified Case Manager or other related certifications.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of services for members experiencing homelessness, high utilizers, serious mental illness, substance use disorder, and other population of focus.
