Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Management Supervisor to join our team at CorVel Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our case management department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management, with experience in supervising a team of professionals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $74,421 - $114,904, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the operations of the case management department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Supervise a team of case management professionals
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma/Associates degree (Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of operation
  • 3 or more years of recent clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation
  • National certification (CRC, CIRS, CCRN, CVE, CCM, etc.), CCM preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in management or supervision
