LVN Practice Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled LVN Practice Supervisor to join our team at Eisenhower Health. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring effective and efficient patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and/or RN Practice Manager to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
- Supervise clinic office practice employees (clinical and non-clinical) to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Comply with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and take action to resolve compliance questions or concerns.
- Report performance improvement results to RN Practice Manager or CAO and address any problems or issues accurately and timely.
- Implement policies as directed by CAO and RN Practice Manager.
- Maintain positive relations with direct and indirect customers.
- Develop and maintain open lines of communication between team members.
- Participate in Joint Commission inspections and other local and state regulatory inspection requirements.
- Organize efforts around helping patients and clients have the most positive experience.
- Participate in the selection, training, and evaluation of staff.
- Oversee daily scheduling for timely flow and reduced wait times.
- Monitor overtime and avoid meal penalties.
- Assist in patient care, including rooming of patients, entering health information into EMR, administering injections, and assisting with exam or diagnostic procedure setup.
- Ensure medical record information is scanned to electronic medical record appropriately and timely.
- Conduct daily assessments of unit equipment to maintain quality controls.
- Maintain par levels of medications, pharmaceutical supplies, and medical supplies.
- Ensure National Patient Safety Goals are adhered to.
- Rounds with staff members to evaluate care and services given to patients and escalates as necessary.
- Schedules staff to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Demonstrates commitment to Eisenhower Health Behavioral Standards for all interactions.
- CA LVN license, American Heart Association BLS
- Two (2) years of LVN experience
- Preferred: Acute care experience; management or supervisory experience in clinic setting
