Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager at Crescent Services, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to previous, current, and potential clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to increase sales.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
