Contact Center Sales and Service Representative

Delta Defense is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Sales and Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our members.
Job Summary:The Contact Center Sales and Service Advisor will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing sales support to our members. This is a full-time position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior work history in a customer service or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
