Purdue Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Representative to join our team. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members through multiple communication channels, including phone, video teller, online chat, and secured messaging.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely account information to members and process requests efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Purdue Federal products and services to effectively cross-sell and refer members to digital banking, bill pay, and other services.
- Perform teller transactions, account maintenance, and maintenance on plastics (Visa Check and Visa Credit) as needed.
- Process visa increases, payment processing, and digital banking and ePay support.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, as well as Purdue Federal compliance and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years' experience in call center operations and banking preferred.
- Excellent customer service and computer skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- This role operates in a clerical office setting and requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files, and sit, bend, stoop, or stand as necessary.
