Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, administration, business management, student affairs, or a related field.
  • Masters degree in education, administration, business management, student affairs, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of successful senior-level management experience in online education, with a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in managing online degree learning programs, with experience in education management/administration, advanced education, post-masters continuing education, distance/extended learning, or related fields.
  • Experience with project management, instructional design, and outcomes-based assessments.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems, computer platforms, and authoring software.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
