Oversees comprehensive supply chain management for complex global clinical trials. Ensures that project and study activities comply with both company and client standards. Provides mentorship, training, and ongoing support to junior team members. May serve as the primary contact and escalation point for designated clients. Offers consultation services to clients and may create and update client-specific documentation. Cultivates and maintains client relationships.
