Position Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring in-office attendance three days a week. Candidates are preferred to be located in the York, PA area, although exceptional candidates from other locations may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing Supply Chain initiatives and special projects, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
  • Act as a support resource for various Supply Chain functions, engage in operational projects, and maintain precise order documentation.
  • Oversee inventory planning, monitor stock levels, adjust replenishment strategies, and guarantee timely material processing and delivery.
  • Manage pricing updates, lead time adjustments, approve inventory returns, and participate in master data management.
  • Engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, analyze data for Key Performance Indicators, and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Compliance teams.
  • Exhibit cultural sensitivity, thrive in a matrix organization, and demonstrate strong networking abilities.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and adopt a proactive approach to ownership of tasks.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or a related field.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain principles.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
