**Job Summary**
Medical Services of America Hospice, a leading provider of comprehensive home healthcare services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Manager - Hospice Care. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and clinical expertise to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that patient care services are delivered in compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and accrediting bodies.
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure alignment with state and federal regulations.
- Approve services provided to hospice recipients to ensure compliance with start of care, re-certifications, and discharge requirements.
- Review and audit medical records to ensure compliance with documentation standards, including timeliness, legibility, appropriateness, and completion.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice care.
- Minimum of one year of hospice supervisory experience, preferably in hospice care.
- Valid driver's license.
