Job Title: Junior Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Remarkable Promotions Management Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing marketing campaigns for our clients, assisting in the development of promotional launches, and onboarding new acquisitions.

Our firm is one of the fastest and most successful marketing and advertising firms in the area, and we are currently undergoing a nationwide expansion. We are hiring entry-level and experienced public relations, marketing, and sales representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and continually developing new marketing campaigns for our high-profile clients in the entertainment and electronics industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create an energetic dynamic for our customers from the opening greeting to the final close.
  • Play an integral role as a representative for some of the most prestigious clients in telecommunications and technology.
  • Combine your people and operational skills to create great customer and employee experiences.
  • Be the go-to example of excellent customer service, professionalism, and courtesy.
  • Lead your team in delivering the ultimate customer experience by solving customer issues and jumping in to help with transactions.
  • Drive your team's performance, including meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Inspire your team with training and coaching.
  • Identify skills gaps, then create and implement development plans.

Experience is not necessary - we provide full one-on-one training. These positions are entry-level, and we wish to develop them into career opportunities. If you are a top-tier customer service/sales representative who has worked in a fast-paced environment, and you possess the ability to effectively communicate with customers about complex situations, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable selling as well as teaching, helping your team members out as needed. A high school diploma/GED is required, and self-motivation and self-direction are essential. If you have experience in areas such as account management, agency management, brand management, campaign management, or client management, we would like to hear from you.
