Job Summary:
The Global Incentive Compensation Operations Specialist on the Plan Operations team at Aditi Consulting LLC is responsible for providing key operational support for the company's Worldwide Sales Incentives program. Primary responsibilities include processing and distributing incentive compensation plan documents for sales employees, collaborating with business partners to ensure accurate employee compensation information, and delivering process improvements to assist the business in scaling to meet the needs of the growing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan details
Navigate various company and compensation systems to compile key elements of compensation plan information into a single document
Distribute incentive compensation plans to sales employees
Triage questions and issues identified by sales employees in relation to their compensation plans
Partner with other teams on cross-functional projects to develop process efficiencies
Translate business/operational needs to systems teams
Enable business partners on areas of expertise

Experience/Skills Preferred:

BA/BS degree
4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Project/Program Management, or Sales Compensation/Sales Operations function
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form
Strong skills in Microsoft Word & Excel, Google Sheets & Slides
Experience participating in and delivering process improvements
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
Time management skills and experience meeting tight deadlines
Ability to accurately compile and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data
Experience in the compensation administration of a large sales organization
Experience with the company platform
Tableau, SQL, and/or Python experience a bonus

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting LLC reasonably expects to pay someone for this position. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements.
