Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls from customers, provide assistance or information as needed, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, or schedule appointments.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding call handling and customer interactions.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a call center or similar high-volume environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Work Environment: Reliable internet hard-wired connection, Windows 10 or higher computer, and a quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Independence: Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
