Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience required
  • Minimum six months of call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Work Environment

The work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee will be working and navigating on a computer. The employee occasionally is required to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and walk. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
