Job Description

At ViaPlus by VINCI Highways, we are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and promoting positive customer relations.

About the Role

This is an on-site position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering customer calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer service goals

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum one year of customer service experience required
* Bilingual Spanish required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to maintain accurate records and provide feedback to management
