Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at our walk-in center in Austin, TX. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide face-to-face customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals.
- 6 months or more of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Computer experience and proficiency in software applications.
