TGG Accounting has partnered with a North Charleston, SC-based specialty residential construction group to add territory managers in Augusta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; Greenville, SC; Savannah, GA; and Myrtle Beach, SC.
This is a commission-based sales role that comes with up to two (2) months of paid on-site training in the North Charleston headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to schedule and optimize appointments in designated geographical areas.
- Utilize expertise to accurately estimate and quote project costs, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competitive commission structure with the potential to earn $100K+ annually.
