Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Enhancement: Secure new rental contracts and boost income from current clients within a designated sales region.
  • Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Discover potential clients and nurture strong business relationships to broaden our clientele.
  • Sales Engagement: Participate in outreach activities and visit operational sites to identify and pursue business prospects.
  • Technology Utilization: Consistently employ customer relationship management software to monitor leads, oversee accounts, and pinpoint potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Sales Background: Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business applications.
