Position Title: Lead Maintenance Analyst

Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with options for 7A-4P or 8A-5P.

Position Summary: The Lead Maintenance Analyst is responsible for the inspection, repair, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and facilities within the organization. This role is vital for ensuring the effective and dependable operation of assets, minimizing downtime, and enhancing productivity. The analyst will also engage in data analysis, identify failure trends, formulate maintenance strategies, and execute initiatives aimed at improving reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and generate both standardized and customized reports, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Prepare and evaluate maintenance reports and specific rate charges to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies and solutions to rectify any business requirement deficiencies.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize Equipment Solutions data to elevate process efficiency and quality.
  • Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Serve as a liaison between the maintenance department and other divisions within the company.
  • Monitor and analyze trends across all business units.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments to achieve division goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Determine the methodology for project execution and secure the necessary cooperation from relevant departments.
  • Lead key projects for the maintenance department and the organization.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications while managing phone communications.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Utilize available resources to make prompt decisions with urgency.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations without complete information.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in operations is advantageous.
