Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our assembly and test teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Lead customer engagement and provide technical expertise to drive product and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and troubleshoot test boards, electronic interfaces, and measurement systems.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform product development and strategy.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience with inertial sensor technologies, including accelerometers, gyroscopes, and IMUs.
  • MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or closely related fields.
  • Strong understanding of MEMS sensor design, fabrication, packaging, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Visual Basic, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.
  • Knowledge of test equipment, including vibration test systems, shock testers, laser doppler vibrometers, centrifuges, thermal chambers, or other similar test capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop statistical process control strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot product malfunctions.
