Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, files, and other documents for client meetings and proposals.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, direct queries to relevant staff members, and handle messages as necessary.
  • Support billing and payment processing, as well as supply ordering and inventory management.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional multitasking and project management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
