Operations Coordinator

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare marketing materials, files, and other documents for client meetings and proposals.
- Assist with customer follow-ups, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming phone calls, direct queries to relevant staff members, and handle messages as necessary.
- Support billing and payment processing, as well as supply ordering and inventory management.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional multitasking and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
