Job Summary:
The Neighborhood Association seeks an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails, and distribute them accordingly.
  • Sign for and distribute packages, and perform general clerical duties such as copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions, and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, and coordinate deliveries and schedules.
  • Assist with processing and maintaining records, and conduct regular inspections to ensure facility safety and compliance.
  • Submit reports and communicate with supervisors and other staff, and attend events and act as liaison between management and facilities personnel.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • NYS Valid Driver License.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, and work collaboratively and diplomatically.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure, and maintain strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and efficient.

Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
