About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Emigrant Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our New York office. This includes coordinating printing, mailing, shipping, and FedEx activities, as well as collaborating with IT to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including printing, mailing, shipping, and FedEx coordination.
  • Collaborate with IT to address technical issues for the team.
  • Oversee the administration of ASA's office, including financial tasks.
  • Provide support to the Executive Vice President and assist with event planning and fundraising efforts.
  • Prepare materials and take minutes for Board and Committee meetings.
  • Draft correspondence, such as emails and letters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Prior executive administrative experience required.
  • Prior event planning or non-profit organization experience preferred.
  • Grant administration experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a high-energy environment.
