Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail clients to identify their requirements, address inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support Representatives are expected to swiftly resolve any client issues while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for staying informed about product features and upholding the high quality and visual standards of our offerings.

Your role will involve:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales objectives.
  • Assisting customers both in-person and via phone by assessing their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
  • Organizing shelves and setting up displays.
  • Cleaning store equipment and assisting with delivery logistics.
  • Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Remaining knowledgeable about product offerings and discussing available options with customers.
  • Adhering to inventory control protocols.
  • Proposing strategies to enhance sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Possess the ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Be capable of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:

  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
