Job Description

The Alaska Club is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and non-members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to provide information and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy while processing transactions and recording customer contacts.
  • Utilize computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Refer unresolved issues to designated departments or supervisors for resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and provide excellent customer service to a large member base.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer and typing skills, with experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards.
  • Ability to handle heavy inbound calls and navigate through multiple databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of call center experience, with advanced experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
