- Anticipate and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently, utilizing technology to troubleshoot issues and maintain high-quality standards.
- Support daily retail operations, adhering to policies and procedures, and partnering with management as needed.
- Maintain a high level of store appearance, assisting the team in maintaining visual objectives, housekeeping standards, and floor and fixture changes.
- Current State Optician License
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Knowledge of current optical theory and practices
- 1+ years of retail sales experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills, including relationship building
- Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor or stock room
- Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Optical dispensing experience
